BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS, IN WHICH YOU DECLARE AND CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND THAT THOSE LOCAL LAWS ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE AND RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING, YOU ARE ATTESTING TO AND CERTIFYING YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW. BY PURCHASING, YOU FURTHER AFFIRM AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING DECLARATION:
 

I, THE CUSTOMER/PURCHASER CERTIFY AND ATTEST:

I. As to my compliance with purchasing and receiving the products purchased on ClaysAmmo.com:

  1.    I am currently 18 years old or older, if purchasing shotgun ammunition or a shotgun. 
  2.    I am currently 21 years old or older, if purchasing all other types of ammunition, a handgun or rifle.
  3.    I understand firearms and ammunition MUST be shipped separately. 
  4.    By selling or delivering ammunition to me or a firearm to my selected Federal Firearms License Holder (FFL), ClaysAmmo.com is not violating any state, local law or ordinance.
  5.    I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
  6.    I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind.
  7.    I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
  8.    I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind.
  9.    I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  10.    I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind.
  11.    I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
  12.    I am currently not subject to any restraining order.
  13.    I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
  14.    I will use products purchased from ClaysAmmo.com for lawful purposes only.

II. Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend ClaysAmmo, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

III. Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

By placing an order with ClaysAmmo.com, I explicitly agree to release ClaysAmmo from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against ClaysAmmo, I will indemnify and pay to defend ClaysAmmo, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

IV. Jurisdiction

In the event that I choose to file a complaint against ClaysAmmo or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Orange County, Florida. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Orange County, Florida and I agree to reimburse ClaysAmmo and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Orange County, Florida.

Assumption of Shipping Liability

ClaysAmmo ships through UPS & FedEx. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release ClaysAmmo.com from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

 

Errors and Omissions

While we make every effort to have accurate and complete information on our site, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and product features, we occasionally make mistakes. Customer agrees that they will not hold us liable for such mistakes or omissions and acknowledges that orders may be canceled after the fact due to errors or omissions.
